Scholarships to Indigent Students
A survey has shown that the population of out-of-school children in Nigeria has risen from 10.5 million to 13.2 million.
Every year over 10 million students apply for admission into various tertiary institutions while two-third of them are not given admission.
A percentage of those admitted sometimes find it difficult to pay their fees which might lead to crime or unhealthy means of getting money to support themselves through school.
This arm of the foundation through its scholarship scheme helps indigent students by giving them scholarship opportunities.
